The Milkyway a self-catering holiday house ideally located on the Zebula Golf and Wildlife Estate. Zebula is set on 1600-hectares of African bushveld in the shadows the Waterberg Mountain.

This luxury self-catering house can accommodate up to 12 (8 adults 4 kids) guests and comprises of 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. It has an undercover entertainment area, a lapa, a boma, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool

The space

This luxury self-catering house can accommodate up to 12 guests, and comprises 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. Two of the rooms have queen size beds whilst the other 2 rooms have twin beds. The two rooms upstairs each have a loft with a 3/4 bed which ideally caters for children as they need to climb up a ladder. Thus 8 adults and 4 children under age of 10.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all appliances, a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, a washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave, and pots and pans. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with a double sided fireplace in the middle of the room for cozy nights around the fireplace. The lounge has comfy leather lounges with a flatscreen TV and DSTV. The dining room caters for 10 guests. The lounge flows out to the undercover entertainment area with wooden outside patio furniture as well as a build-in braai, a weber braai and a swimming pool with a safety net. From here you can appreciate the open horizon with its spectacular sun rise. Upstairs you will find the pool room with a fireplace drifting out to the outside veranda with outside furniture boasting with a bubbling jacuzzi and a stunning view over the 13th hole. On the right side of the house we have a magnificent thatch lapa with a firepit, great for a potjie, a build-in bar and outdoor dining furniture. If you feel like a night under our spectacular starry sky next to a crackling fire, there is a boma with a firepit to enjoy the moonlight. There is undercover parking for 4 cars. Cleaning is included except for Public holidays and Wednesdays but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Zebula’s accommodations are situated in a malaria-free area with a variety of wildlife and plenty of plains game to view. With a contemporary bush atmosphere, but at the same time a tremendous diversification of venues to keep the entire family busy during their stay. Zebula is conveniently located only 2 hours from Johannesburg International Airport and 1 and a half hours north of Pretoria. The road is completely tarred to the front gate which makes travelling very easy. Other fantastic facilities and activities at Zebula include golf, a spa, quad biking, safari cart trail, games drives and game walks, paintball and archery.

Guests have access to restaurants, play areas, conservation areas and all other activities available at the Zebula Golf Estate & Spa, but guests will need to book hotel, spa, and golf facilities at the hotel at an additional cost. Shops and stores are limited in the area, and it is recommended that guests stock up in Bela-Bela.
