Policies

Reservations:

  • Reservations can only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

  • All reservations must be made through the property rental service's website.

  • A full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payment can be made through credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Cancellation and Refund:

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for booking.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

  • Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of departure.

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Property Rules:

  • Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

  • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Loud music or noise is not allowed after 10:00 pm.

Liability:

  • The property rental service is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the property.

  • The property rental service reserves the right to terminate the reservation and refuse service to anyone who violates the property rules.
